BlueMark’s Independent Impact Verification of Prime Impact Fund and Azolla Fund I

Prime Coalition is thrilled to share that we partnered with BlueMark to undergo an impact verification of our venture programs. BlueMark is the leading provider of independent impact verification and intelligence for the sustainable and impact investing market. Prime Impact Fund and Azolla Ventures Fund I, both of which are managed by Azolla Ventures, were assessed for the alignment of their impact management system with industry best practices. BlueMark’s assessment findings cover both areas of strength and areas for improvement, as reflected in the Verifier Statement, included here.

BlueMark’s impact verification makes up one component of Prime’s impact evaluation process this year, which we’ve committed to undergoing every five years. Prime is eager to continue sharing and improving our impact practices, with the goal of furthering our nonprofit mission.
